Durian and Berry Mousse

1 Durian- use 3-4 segments
1 ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe mango
1-2 cups berries (blueberries, blackberries, figs)

In a food processor or vitamix combine durian, mango, banana, berries and avocado. Do not over blend. Spoon the mixture into a stemmed wine glass and garnish with fresh berries. Serve on a small plate. This mousse keeps up to one week refrigerated, but will discolor a  little because of the avocado.
You may omit the durian. Do not substitute with any high water content fruits as strawberries. kiwi, cantaloupe or grapes. .
